What is dropshipping?
Dropshipping is a sales model in which products are dispatched directly by the supplier, without going through a centralised stock at TUPIQUE.
Who sends the products I order on TUPIQUE?
Products are sent directly by our partner suppliers. This reduces costs and enables us to offer a wide range of products.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on the supplier and the destination. In general, delivery takes between 7 and 20 working days.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, by law you have 14 days from receipt to inform us of your wish to return the product.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
Availability depends on our suppliers. If an item is no longer available after you have placed your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Who pays for the return postage?
If the error comes from TUPIQUE (faulty or incorrect item), we will cover the costs.
In the event of a change of mind, the costs will be borne by the customer.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, as long as the request is made within 14 days and the product is unused and in its original packaging. Exchange is subject to supplier availability.
Can prices change after I place my order?
No. Once the order has been confirmed, the price paid is guaranteed, even if the prices on the site change at a later date.
