Delivery and Returns Policy

At TUPIC, We are committed to providing a seamless, transparent and secure online shopping experience. To ensure compliance with current regulations, our delivery, returns and exchanges policy is designed to respond effectively to our customers' needs.


1. DELIVERY

  • Products are dispatched directly from our suppliers partners (dropshipping model).

  • Our main logistics partner is based in Spain, This enables us to guarantee optimum processing times throughout the European Union.

  • The delivery times vary according to supplier and destination, generally ranging from 1 to 17 working days.

  • Free delivery throughout the European Union, with no minimum purchase.

  • The timescales are given for guidance only and can be impacted by external factors (customs, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).

  • TUPIQUE cannot be held responsible for delays or errors in delivery attributable to the carriers or to information provided by the customer.


2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

In accordance with consumer protection legislation, the customer has the right to 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision.

Conditions of eligibility :

  • The product must be in perfect condition, free from signs of use, wear or damage.

  • It must be returned to its original packaging, with all its labels and accessories.

  • The product must not be included in the list of exceptions (see section 4).


3. RETURN REQUEST PROCEDURE

  1. Send a request to info@tupique.com or via WhatsApp: (351) 214446119, specifying :

    • Le order number

    • Le reason for return

    • From photos or videos of the product if necessary

  2. Wait for the return validation by our customer service department (average time : 5 working days).

  3. Once approved, follow the return instructions provided by our team.

🧾 Return postage :

  • If the return is due to a TUPIQUE error (incorrect, defective or damaged product), we cover the cost of your return.

  • In the event of withdrawal or change of mind, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.


4. EXCHANGES

You may request an exchange instead of a refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 14 calendar days after receipt.

  • The product must be not used and in its original packaging.

  • The exchange is subject to the availability in stock from the supplier.

➡️ Le new item will be shipped according to usual deadlines of the supplier, given our dropshipping model.


5. EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect:

  • Customised items or made to order

  • Personal care products, cosmetics and underwear, for hygiene reasons

  • Articles damaged after delivery by the customer


6. SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND LIABILITIES

  • TUPIQUE cannot be held responsible for address errors supplied by the customer.

  • In the event of prolonged delay in delivery (more than 60 days), a full refund may be requested.
  • We are reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, without prior notice.
