At TUPIC<\/b><\/span>, We are committed to providing a seamless, transparent and secure online shopping experience. To ensure compliance with current regulations, our delivery, returns and exchanges policy is designed to respond effectively to our customers' needs.<\/p>

1. DELIVERY<\/b><\/h3>

  • Products are dispatched directly from our suppliers<\/b><\/span> partners (dropshipping model).<\/p><\/li>

  • Our main logistics partner is based in Spain<\/b><\/span>, This enables us to guarantee optimum processing times throughout the European Union.<\/p><\/li>

  • The delivery times<\/b><\/span> vary according to supplier and destination, generally ranging from 1 to 17 working days<\/b><\/span>.<\/p><\/li>

  • Free delivery throughout the European Union<\/b>, with no minimum purchase.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • The timescales are given for guidance only<\/b><\/span> and can be impacted by external factors (customs, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).<\/p><\/li>

  • TUPIQUE cannot be held responsible for<\/b><\/span> delays or errors in delivery attributable to the carriers or to information provided by the customer.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS<\/b><\/h3>

    In accordance with consumer protection legislation, the customer has the right to 14 calendar days<\/b><\/span> from the date of receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision.<\/p>

    Conditions of eligibility :<\/b><\/h4>

    • The product must be in perfect condition<\/b><\/span>, free from signs of use, wear or damage.<\/p><\/li>

    • It must be returned to its <\/span>original packaging<\/b>, with <\/span>all its labels and accessories<\/b>.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      3. RETURN REQUEST PROCEDURE<\/b><\/h3>

        • Le <\/span>reason for return<\/b><\/b><\/p><\/li>

        • From photos or videos<\/b><\/span> of the product if necessary<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

        • Wait for the return validation<\/b><\/span> by our customer service department (average time : 5 working days<\/b><\/span>).<\/p><\/li>

        • Once approved, follow the return instructions<\/b><\/span> provided by our team.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

          • If the return is due to a TUPIQUE error<\/b><\/span> (incorrect, defective or damaged product), we cover the cost of your return<\/b><\/span>.<\/p><\/li>

            4. EXCHANGES<\/b><\/h3>

            You may request an exchange instead of a refund, subject to the following conditions:<\/p>

            • The request must be made within 14 calendar days<\/b><\/span> after receipt.<\/p><\/li>

            • The product must be not used<\/b><\/span> and in its original packaging<\/b><\/span>.<\/p><\/li>

            • The exchange is subject to the availability in stock<\/b><\/span> from the supplier.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              \u27a1\ufe0f Le new item will be shipped<\/b><\/span> according to usual deadlines<\/b><\/span> of the supplier, given our dropshipping model.<\/p>

              5. EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS AND EXCHANGES<\/b><\/h3>

              The following products cannot be returned or exchanged<\/b><\/span>, except in the case of a manufacturing defect:<\/p>

              • Customised items<\/b><\/span> or made to order<\/p><\/li>

              • Personal care products<\/b>, <\/span>cosmetics<\/b> and <\/span>underwear<\/b>, for hygiene reasons<\/span><\/p><\/li>

              • Articles <\/span>damaged after delivery<\/b> by the customer<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                6. SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND LIABILITIES<\/b><\/h3>

                • TUPIQUE cannot be held responsible for address errors<\/b><\/span> supplied by the customer.<\/p><\/li>

                • In the event of prolonged delay in delivery<\/b><\/span> (more than 60 days), a full refund<\/b><\/span> may be requested.<\/li>
